Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible. Please email customersupport@luralie.com within 6 hours of placing your order — we’ll do our best to help.

Where do you ship from?

How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. You can find all details on our Shipping Information page.
How do I track my order?
You can track your package directly through our Track Your Order page using your email or order number.
What should I do if I haven’t received my package?
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with your local post office or neighbors. Still missing? Contact us — we’ll help investigate.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags and hygiene seals intact. For full details, visit our Return Policy page.
How do I start a return?
Email customersupport@luralie.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide the instructions and return address.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently don’t offer exchanges. Simply return your item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size or style.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is approved and processed, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Size & Fit
How do I find the right size?
Each product includes a detailed size chart — you can also visit our Size & Fit Guide for tips on measuring and choosing your best fit.
Can I order different sizes for top and bottom?
It depends on the product. Some of our bikini styles are sold as separate tops and bottoms, so you can mix and match your perfect fit. For sets sold together, both pieces come in the same size as listed on the product page.
Are your products true to size?
Most styles are true to size unless stated otherwise. Check the product description or reviews for specific fit feedback.
Why are there different size charts on the website?
Some collections have slightly different fits or fabric compositions, which can affect sizing. Always refer to the size chart listed on each product page.

Product Care
How do I care for my Luralie swimwear?
Rinse after each use, hand wash gently in cold water with mild soap, and dry flat in the shade. Avoid machine wash, bleach, and wringing to keep colors vibrant.
Can I wear my swimwear in pools or hot tubs?
Yes, but rinse immediately afterward. Chlorine and heat may cause fading over time.

Not yet, Luralie is an online-only brand, which allows us to keep prices fair while maintaining premium quality.
